I always felt uncomfortable wearing traditional women’s swimsuits, as they made me feel too feminine and the fit was too tight.
In an effort to find a solution, I would resort to purchasing men’s trunks and combining them with sports bras from the women’s athletic section. Not only would the final result, look and feel mismatched, but also the process of putting my outfit together garnered alot of unwanted attention in that I was often subjected to judgmental stares while shopping in either the men’s or women’s section.
