✨ What's that for!? Strap Edition ✨

Ever wondered why there are yoga straps hanging around the studio? More than just a long piece of fabric, straps are a versatile prop that can help you find support, explore movement, and create more ease in your practice. πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Here are just a few ways they can help:

🀲 Postural support you can feel: In this video, you'll see a strap worn like a backpack! This unique setup provides gentle feedback and awareness, helping you connect with your posture and notice when you begin to slouch.

πŸŒ€ Explore your mobility without strain: Straps can help you reach further without forcing or compromising your form, allowing you to move with more confidence and control.

🌿 Discover your range of motion: Whether you're working on shoulder mobility, hamstring flexibility, or hip opening, straps help you explore your current range without pushing beyond it.

✨ Access deeper poses safely: In the supported King Pidgeon pose shown here, the strap helps bring the foot closer to the body without straining the shoulders or forcing the bind. It's a great example of how props can help bridge the gap between where you are and where you'd like to go.
