🌊 Toronto Island Summer Club: 02 — Energize & Unwind 🌊

When the city gets to be too much, we retreat into mind, body, nature + community. 🏝️

This half-day retreat features 3 wellness sessions to build strength from the inside out:
💪 HIIT
🧶 Myofascial Release
🧘 Gentle Yoga

We’ll open with some embodiment exercises to shake off the everyday, and close it out with guided journaling to reflect + reset.

Home visit massages 🌿

I’m a licensed RMT — been bringing massage to people’s homes for about 2 years now, and practicing as an RMT for 5. I cover Toronto and Kitchener, and I bring everything with me: table, linens, music, all of it. We turn whatever space you’ve got into somewhere calm and healing, so you can just show up and relax.

📍 Toronto: Saturdays & Wednesdays
📍 Kitchener: Wednesdays & Thursday mornings
