I’m sure you’ve all noticed just how sharp our girls looked this season with their new uniforms and we wanted to take a moment to thank our sponsors.

What a night! Our Triggers faced up against Leduc U17/19 Black in the Bronze match tonight and after extra innings the girls came out with a well deserved win! The girls are coming home with some extra hardware. 🥉

This season was so good for these girls and we are proud of every single one of them.

It was our first year in a league, and we finished off 3rd out of 16 teams. We’ve got some new faces that joined our Triggers family, some still in grade 8 and 9 and some totally brand new to the game and these girls all came together as a team and it shows.

Nothing more rewarding watching these girls grow over the season and having a huge support group. We love our Trigger family!

Way to go Triggers and we are looking forward to next season! 🥎🧡🥎

Bronze Medal game tonight in Leduc at 7:00!

The long awaited update everyone has been waiting for! After letting the weather calm down and the league and teams making some decisions, GEMSA is allowing our finals to move forward.

It was a beauty evening last night for ball and our Triggers were matched up with Parkland U17 Prue who were a very strong team. In Trigger style, we held our own with some really great hits, defensive plays and battled hard but came out short with a 13-7 loss.

Our MVP for the game was deservingly awarded to Everleigh who had an amazing game and hustled hard all night- way to go Evy!

Tonight we play in the Bronze Medal match against Leduc U17/19 Black @ 7 PM.

Rain, rain and more rain! ☔️

This past week has been disrupted by the amount of rain we’ve been getting here in Alberta and it’s cramping our softball lifestyle!

Nothing but rain outs and diamond closers unfortunately.

The GEMSA finals started last night for our girls, and the weather held up for us. We faced off against Ft Sask U17 last night in Leduc and came out with a 10-7 win, great job ladies!

Next match up was to be at 1:15 PM today, but unfortunately all games have been canceled for the remainder of the weekend due to this rain.

More details are to follow from GEMSA later today…so we wait it out 🥎
