Congratulations to our new graduates 🎓 for having completed their « Introduction to Tai Chi » Session! We are so very proud of you! It is now time to fly forward into Foundation and Continuing Classes, deepen your practice and receive even more health benefits! 🤩 We also offer other Tai Chi arts such as Lok Hup and just recently, sword 🗡! It is certainly a gentle exercise, designed to accommodate people of all ages and to keep them young at heart ❤️
