I challenge one of the gear manufacturers to make a glove to with knuckle padding again. In the early 90s I had axo gloves that had thick rubber padding in the fingers-cut so the fingers still bent with ease- and you could take a rock off the finger or a bike and clutch lever laying in it with ease. Nowadays the gloves are like pantyhose- they look cool and fit tight..but no protection. This is my kids bruised swollen knuckle from a simple tipover.
