Class this Thursday June 25th at 7:30 pm in the gym upstairs at Volunteer Pool will be our last session in the gym before summer and will bring together the drills that we have been focusing on since the beginning of the year.

Class tonight in the gym upstairs at Volunteer Pool commencing at 7:30 pm, Craig and Vince will be finessing some of the basics and looking at striking from within the clinch.

Class this Thursday June 4th we'll be meeting at 7:30 pm in the gym upstairs at Volunteer Pool to continue our drill evolutions using both the forearm and elbow checks to control and counter

With the recent events in the city we'll be applting the same concepts to defend against an edged weapon.
