We're pleased to announce that in order to create a complete high school program, we will be offering a "Jr Legion 2" team this upcoming season!! 🎉🎉

This team will fill the gap left after selection of the Sr Legion/Varsity and Jr Legion/JV teams, and focus on offering more athletes a chance to travel and develop. Similar to a freshman/sophomore (Gr 9/10) team, they will attend tournaments appropriate to the age level of the players selected

We've been receiving a lot of messages and questions about how age divisions work in our Lakers program, and know it can be confusing as it works on a different date range than many other sports!

For the vast majority of our teams (8U all the way up to 14U), the cutoff is April 30th. For example, this means that athletes that are 13 on April 30th, 2027 would be part of our 2027 13U team.

⚾ To make sure you're registering for the correct team as more tryouts are announced (coming soon - promise!!), we've created the following cheat sheet for the 2027 season
