Heat Race: 1st - 2nd

Took a few laps to get the hang of the new track but was able to hold on to second to make the redraw.

Feature: 5th - 3rd

Battled in the top 5 all race and was able to get a top 3 after a marathon of a race. Happy with the car and the results.

On to day 2…hopefully 🚫🌧️

Aug 13th : Results

Heat Race: 8th - 4th

Feature: 10th - 7th

Made it up to a transfer spot in the Heat missing the redraw by one spot.

Another top 10 in the feature. Passed a few cars on a bottom dominant track. The car felt good and came home in one piece.

A quick turn around today as we’re heading to the Emo fair double header this weekend for the first time.

Feature: 13th-7th

Moving forward in the heat race and going +6 in the feature this week made for a good night of racing for us and hoping to roll into next week with the same speed.

Snuck into a the redraw in stacked heat race.

Feature: 2nd-15th👎

Ran 3rd all race until a few late cautions had us battling the last few laps. Last lap driver looped it in turn one missing his line. Learn and move on.

June 17th Results:

Heat Race: 3rd-3rd
After a close battle the last few laps with Steven Hitchman we finished 3rd to get us in the redraw for the feature.

Feature: 4th-3rd
Settled into second after the restart. Left the bottom open one lap and fell to 3rd.

Made big adjustment this week to run better on the dry slick and it felt great to get a podium finish.

June 3rd Results:

Heat Race: 6th-8th DNF
Tough break at the start of the race. Got sandwiched going into turn 1 and launched airborne, luckily only broke a tie rod in the incident. Just one of those wrong place, wrong time situations.

B Feature: 5th-1st
Had to run a B feature, apparently the 24 cars in attendance can’t all run in a feature at our track.

Feature: 19th-9th
Starting at the tail end on a narrow track we were happy to get up to a top 10 and salvage our night. Looking forward to better track conditions in the future.

We’re getting away with minimal damage from last night. This will allow us to go through the front end and go over anything we missed.

May 27th Results:

Heat Race: 7th-2nd
A late caution helped us get up to 2nd to make the redraw for the second week in a row.

Feature: 6th-5th
Pulled the 6th starting position again. Struggled to hold the bottom so I tried moving to the high side of the track and fell back to 7th. Got back down to the low line and moved up. A late caution had us battling for a top 3 but finished 5th.

Another clean week of racing in the books and we’ll be back at it next week. Nothing beats a night at the track with family and our racing friends.

May 20th Cheyenne Tribute Opening Night:

Heat Race: 3rd-1st
Started 3rd in the heat and managed to work our way to the front to start the year with a heat race win.

Feature: 6th-2nd
Started 6th in the feature and battled our way up to 2nd. It felt great to finally have the speed to race up front and battle for a win.

The car had a lot more speed than we’ve had in the past hopefully we can stay up front and keep battling for a win. Congratulations to AJ Kellar

✌🏼Last night was also a memorial race in honour of Cheyenne. Racing under the lights while remembering someone so loved by the community made the night about more than just results. Our thoughts continue to be with her family, friends, and everyone missing her.
