Hey guys! Looks like I am free to teach class!! Woot woot! Unfortunately I have had a few people cancel, so if I have enough confirmed interest I will still run it, but I need to have confirmed attendees! Please let me know via FB or text! 😁

Hello everyone. I'm sad to say but class will not run for the next 2 Sundays for sure. I have been diagnosed with a DVT in my left leg (blood clot) I am not allowed any kind of physical activity for 10-14 days until I am in the clear of aggravating the clot and making sure I have my meds balanced out. I will be sure to keep everyone updated! ❤

Class update!!
Last week when I spoke with everyone about this coming Sunday I forgot it was the long weekend. I have already had a few mention they couldn't come so I'm going to take this time with my Fam Jam!!

Unfortunately that means that there will be no class for 3 weeks as we will be gone on holidays.

Classes will resume on March 11th!!!
