Once again you asked and we responded. We will be offering a team trip to Canada’s Wonderland again this year on Thursday September 3. Please read the flyer carefully and confirm your spot ASAP if you are going to go. The deadline for sign ups and payment is next Friday, August 28. Now it’s the girls turn. Girls XC is in full swing for ladies gr 7-9 and gr 10+. Senior and Elite girls train in a girls only group with their own distinct coaches. Keep up the great work, everyone!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶

Congratulations to our U12 athletes who participated at the Rising Stars Meet on Saturday and earned another club title. It was a small but mighty crew. We will be sharing some highlights from the meet over the next 2-3 days. Way to go everyone!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶

This is a girls only group that has DSBN champions, Zone and SOSSA Champions, provincial champions, (inter)national medalists, and NCAA Scholarship athletes among other accomplishments. Yet there is a place for every runner. Training in a girls only group with peers and dedicated coaches always every one to train at their level and receive the supports necessary to thrive!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶
