The Fix is now stocking Fresh Trek freeze-dried meals, made just a little east of us in Burns Lake. Local ingredients, high protein, and enough calories to get you through a full day in the saddle.

Warning: side effects may include increased stoke, spontaneous trip planning, and telling everyone along your route how good your meals are. Do not eat the bag.

Stop in and grab a few before your next big bikepacking trip!

🌮 TACOS ON TERRADISE 🌮

Terrace's first women's Enduro is happening on August 8th, hosted by Terrace Off Road Cycling Association . If signing up has been sitting on your to-do list, don't put it off; registration closes soon, and there are only a few spaces left.

The organizers are also looking for a couple of photographers for the event. If you've got a camera and a free Saturday, this is a great way to support a local crew doing something awesome for women's riding in Terrace.

Introducing Franny 🐾

Rollie has had a lot on his plate as top dog around here. Greeting customers, supervising bike builds, the occasional game of tug-of-war. A job like that calls for backup.

Meet Franny, the newest member of The Fix Family. She's still figuring out the shop layout and where the good treats are kept, but she's got a good teacher.

In case you didn't know, The Fix's newest cafe, the Fernwell Cafe, is officially open inside the Ksyen Regional Hospital.🎉

Grab a latte or a quick bite to eat between rounds or appointments. Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Since the cafe is still pretty new, hours and open days may shift a bit as things settle in.

You can find the Fernwell on the first floor just past the check-in desk by the main entrance.
