We raced today and are doing it all again on Sunday, costumes, medals, cookie medals, prizes for costumes and Ski Rex, come join us!
We had 32 racers today (and missed several of you at awards) the fastest racers today were the girls 7&8 year olds with a time of 13.87 seconds by Isla H. The fastest boy was the 9&10 Year olds with 15.63 seconds by Manny.

We are deeply saddened to learn of a fatal avalanche accident near Pemberton yesterday, where a very large avalanche buried a person. The snowpack conditions are dangerous in many of our forecast regions right now, whether the instability where you ride is caused by wind and new snow or a persistent slab problem. If your region is forecast to be High for tomorrow, it's time to avoid avalanche terrain.

Not-So-Mini Races Day 1 Sat Feb 14 and we are doing it again on Sunday the 15th!
We had 82 racers (even 16 snowboarders) today ages 5-65! The fastest kid overall was Leif with a time of 20.78 seconds, who went home with Ukulele donated by Sight & Sound Terrace. The fastest overall was Aaron with a time of 18.09 seconds and he went home with a pair of tickets to the Steve Little Benefit concert. The ladies were close behind so they may take the top titles back tomorrow. If you left early, we have several unclaimed medals too.

Come out and race your kids, spouse or friends for fun or for the glory, Sunday will be a fresh course. Registration 9-12:30 at the Ski Club trailer by donation, racing on Back Eddy at 12. Awards at 3:45
