A good rule of thumb: drink at least one bottle per hour in hot conditions, more if you are climbing or pushing hard.

Electrolytes matter just as much as water. And if you feel thirsty, you are already behind. 😬

There is something about that quiet moment right before you clip in and go. Just you, your bike, and whatever you're about to put yourself through. ☀️🚴‍♀️

August rides demand a little more preparation than other months: extra water, sun protection, and knowing your route before you head out. 🫡

Make your way to registration at 9:30 at Oviatt Bike Park for a day you will not forget. Bring sunscreen or shade a chair for the pump track event. Gonna be hot!

This coming Saturday!!!! sign up at riverlodge for quick check in the morning of.. also get put in a draw for a 1hour pool rental.
