Fun times, fast sailing, and a little bit of Kingston hijinks — that’s CORK!
Team South Port had a fantastic week at this year’s Sail Canada Youth Fest.
In the Club 420 fleet, with 70 boats on the starting line, Charlie Lilly & Charlie Winney sailed their way to a hard fought 3rd place, while Blake Glazer & Kenneth Lamb finished an impressive 6th.
In the highly competitive ILCA 7 fleet, Ben Margerison put together a great week of racing, finishing 7th overall.
We're just getting started as we build a stronger race team at South Port for sailors of all ages. We’ve got some exciting plans in place for the next few years, and we’re looking forward to creating more opportunities for our sailors to train, race, travel and develop together.

SPACES STILL AVAILABLE! Interested in learning to race a dinghy? We are running a learn to race clinic this Saturday and Sunday from noon-4pm each day. We will introduce how to start, round marks, basic rules, and go-fast techniques. As a prerequisite, you must be comfortable sailing your own dinghy around a course by yourself. This clinic is perfect for graduates of our adult sailing programs. No boat necessary as we will be using our fleet of Zests. DM us for more info!

Team South Port was in Toronto last weekend for the Seahorse Regatta. For many of our sailors, it was their very first regatta and an incredible learning experience.
Shoutout to Emerson, Emma, Louis, Quinn, and Chase for the effort and determination you showed on the water. And congrats to Emerson and Emma for a strong 11/29 in the C420 class.
A big thank you to coaches Charlie and Ben for their excellent guidance and support.
We're excited to continue growing our race team and creating even more opportunities for our sailors to compete, learn, and have fun. Stay tuned for more updates as the season continues.

A huge congratulations to Coach Blake on winning the CyberSail Regatta in Toronto last weekend in the C420 class!
Blake is an invaluable member of our double-handed coaching team, helping our CANSail 3 and 4 sailors build strong fundamentals.
