On August 27, our Zoomers Social Trip took us to the RCMP Dog Show, and we had an amazing time! We enjoyed learning about the important work these incredible dogs do, as well as the dedication and devotion of their trainers.

Join other Lakers to prepare delicious meals to take home with you. This program, funded by the Rural Mental Health Network, will provide skills, increase your knowledge of nutritional, budget friendly meals from different cultures, and an opportunity to build social connections.
