I coach people into strong bodies and strong mindsets without over complicating the process.

I have worked along side, and witnessed coaches who can make good workouts.
Who have great meal prep tips.
And who can set you up for a squat pr.

All great things.

But in my opinion, coaching is about so much more than getting someone to hit a pr.

That's still exciting, but so is the deepr stuff.
The quieter stuff.

Connection and trust are so important.

How do you feel in your body?
What's your self reflection process?
How well can you hold yourself accountable?
What part of that sucks for you?
Do you feel like yourself?
Hows the outside noise?
What's your expectations? Are they a bit unrealistic for your timeline?
Let's unpack that 🌻

Investing in yourself means investing in the right coach for you.
That's my tea πŸ«– for the day

The difference between a bad coach and a good one?

Red flags 🚩
- only care about before & after pics
- draw hard lines
- ask you to do things you don't feel ready for
- tell you to just be more disciplined 🫠
- doesn't adjust the plan based on needs/ life
- pushes you to failure / near failure in all workouts
- restricts and cuts out food groups

Honestly I could go on and on... boooo πŸ‘Ž

If you are not actively strength training & lifting weights you are literally losing your muscle & bone density.

You may not feel it now, but that sore back of yours might have something to do with the fact that your abdominal muscles have no functioning strength.

Your sore knee or shoulder is probably because the joint is lacking strength and flexibility.

Your tight joints are probably just weak.

NONE of those things can be fixed with rest.
Your body isnt needing rest, it is needing STRENGTH!
