It was an awesome sparing class this evening (Aug 25). 22 people on the floor and nobody sat out for the whole 1.5 hrs of it. Not bad at all for a hot as hell August evening!! 🥊🥋

Congratulations to one of our boxers Lucas Kachafanas on an awesome performance with a big win over the weekend on the Citadel Boxing Card in Halifax. A strong showing for sure!
Kickboxing/Boxing class is still on for tonight (May18) 👊🥊
A huge congratulations to 3 members of our club that faught through the weekend!!
Matty Leblance and Anton Cremo faught on the FLA Card and both won with 1st round TKOs.
Ansen Cremo faught 2 bouts on the 2 day boxing card in Pictou and won both bouts by UD.
Awesome job and Awesome weekend boys!!
