Topics We’ll Explore

These sessions will help dancers understand how taking care of their bodies can improve both their performance and overall well-being. Topics can include:

Strength for dance – how stronger muscles improve control, stability, balance, power and movement quality.
Injury prevention – building strength and healthy movement habits to better support joints and handle the demands of dance.
Fueling & energy – how eating enough and choosing nourishing foods supports energy, concentration, recovery and performance.
Recovery – why sleep, rest and recovery are just as important as training.
Body confidence – shifting the focus from how our bodies look to what they are capable of doing.
Healthy habits – creating realistic habits around movement, food and self-care that support dancers both inside and outside the studio. “Your body is something to fuel and strengthen, not shrink”

Stephanie Robinson | Strength & Healthy Living Coach

Stephanie Robinson has been a fitness and nutrition coach since 2014, helping people build strong, capable bodies and healthier relationships with movement and nutrition.

Her Strength & Healthy Living program for dancers focuses on building strength, confidence, and healthy habits that support both performance and overall well-being. Dancers will learn the importance of properly fueling their bodies, developing strength to support injury prevention and performance, and appreciating their bodies for what they can do — not simply how they look.

Stephanie’s goal is to give young dancers practical tools they can carry with them beyond the studio, creating a positive foundation for health, fitness, and body confidence as they grow.
