Our first rubber ducky race was a huge success! 🦆

We almost sold out of ducks, and did three races for three separate prizes!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our event, we will definitely be back next year!

The first ducks have been sold!

If you happen to be near our interpretive centre and want to purchase your ducks early feel free to drop by!

Of course, there will still be lots of time on Friday before the race to purchase your ducks!

We will be having the race on a section of the trail so sneakers and bug spray are recommended ☺️

This red bellied snake was so tiny it was hard to get a good picture of it 🐍

We love sharing our space with these critters and it's always a good sign to see them out and about!

He was only handled for a moment so that he could be loved to a safer area, away from our walkway

Measuring and monitoring fish population.

Yesterday we assisted Forest, fish and wildlife and Abegweit Biodiversity Enhancement Hatchery with a fish release.

In various areas within our watershed we released approximately 15,000 fingerling brook trout.

It is always such a pleasure to work with these groups in supporting our fish populations in our watershed.

We're back at the cabin tomorrow from 10-2 for our yard sale!
