A friendly reminder to pay your Aug membership, if you plan to renew

Please remember to renew your July membership before the end of day

There has been numerous complaints about members dropping weights on the floor or letting the plates slam back on the stack.

Most weight are made of cast iron. They will break.

If I continue to get complaints, I will need to remove access to members who continue to show disregard for the weights.

The Gym is very warm. Working on a solution but please use your discretion if you should exercise in that environment.
