WE NEED YOUR HELP FOR 2027 AND BEYOND, PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION.
NSIHL is Canada’s largest non-profit inline hockey league, serving nearly 900 youth and 400 adults every year while providing affordable, accessible opportunities for players of all ages.
Proposed renovations at Karen Magnussen Recreation Centre would displace the league and put the future of inline hockey on the North Shore at serious risk.
Your support matters very much right now, and we are urgently asking you to SIGN THE PETITION to help protect NSIHL and keep inline hockey alive in our community.
We are also calling on local governments and North Van Recreation Commission to work together to find a solution, including pausing renovations until a suitable alternative venue can be secured.

Come to Richmond Olympic Oval to play some Street Hockey and catch the Team Canada vs Team USA Summer Series. The setup is epic, the Hockey will be unreal! let's go!!
Floorball as off ice hockey, hits different. it definitely can be played like standard ball hockey with a few dangles, some give and go, and some slap shots, however, the spinoramas, the Zorro goals, the backhand slappers and the speed of plays, make this sport a blueprint for what's to come, on ice. We see more creativity every year in the NHL, thank-you Floorball!
Hockey KitsFest is just getting a ton of love and the Junior Canucks STREET rinks were in full motion with kids and adults of all ages. Overheard on the beach "Hockey on the beach, with that view, in full sun! Doesn't get any better than that!"

Amazing day 2 of KitsFest supporting the Street program. Hundreds of kids to the main rink and hundreds more were on the Family rink 2. ages 2 -92 enjoyed the play today, what a special age gap in one sport in the same rink! 😳. the Mascot most deserving of the Mascot Hall of Fame Canucks Fin was a huge hit as always and Kirk McLean is forever a legendary community leader and best ambassador for Vancouver Canucks Shout out to Vancouver Warriors Lacrosse community team and all the families that came by to learn about the Canucks School Floor Program and the NEW Junior Canucks Street leagues, launching in communities across BC. floor hockey is back, better than ever, Let's Play!
