I facilitate workshops for girls ages 5-12 and teach them the tools they need to learn their own superpowers.
The workshops help our girls gain self acceptance,self love, confidence,and know they have a choice and a voice.

Girls can play ball hockey too!

I surprised and proud when I gave my daughter options for after school activities and she chose ball hockey.

She didn't want to be in ballet or gymnastics what we think is more the norm for a girl and that is awesome!

I will always let her try what interests her and if she doesn't like it we can move on to the next activity.
