Why are swimming lessons in Canada not mandatory in schools?

WATER SAFETY CHATS:

What a pleasure it is to teach this little one, but do we have to constantly reinforce safety whilst swimming? YES.

At SwimOclock, we constantly reinforce how to keep safe in the water, learning how to flip, how to hold onto the wall, how to climb out of the pool, etc etc.
