Oh yeah….Stratford Lawn Bowling club participating in social activities. Our monthly Jobsite lunch/refreshments and of course talking about the bowls that got away.

The weather has other plans for us this morning.....No lawn bowling today

Aug. 6/26: With the current weather forecast predicting rain and the possibility of thunderstorms for our area during today’s lawn bowling and golf programming, those two programs have been cancelled for today.

The Stratford Lawn Bowling Club will be hosting a FREE post-season Open House on Thursday, August 27 (at the Stratford Municipal Golf Course) for athletes wishing to give lawn bowling a try.
Athletes registered for this season’s lawn bowling program are also welcome to attend.
Those wishing to participate are asked to arrive at the golf course by 11:45 am in order to check in prior to a noon start. Depending on numbers, play will continue through until roughly 1:15 pm.

Thank to our supportive members, all those first timers who came out, and all our friends who supported through donations. We couldn’t do it without you.

Due to the rain accumulation and still more to come, lawn bowling is cancelled. Also Special Olympics is also cancelled today.
