At Pinnacle Fieldhouse Training Academy, our success starts with the people who lead it.

Jason Baier – Owner & Founder. With a lifelong passion for sport and athlete development, Jason’s vision has built a place where athletes and the community of Stratford and surrounding areas have the opportunity to train, compete, and grow.

Dana Duskocy – Facility Manager & Baseball Instructor. Dana’s experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence help keep PFTA running smoothly while mentoring athletes to reach the next level.

Cohen LeSouder – Sports Director & Strength Coach. Cohen leads our programming with a focus on skill development, strength training, and creating positive experiences that help athletes build confidence both on and off the field and courts.

Together, they’re committed to creating a positive, competitive, and welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
