The last sessions for our 2026 Mini Program U5-U9 Age Groups will be:

U5/U6 Boys - Monday, August 10th.

U5/U6 Girls - Tuesday, August 11th

U7 Boys and Girls - Thursday, August 13th

U9 Boys and Girls- Monday, August 17th will be the last practice session for all teams. The following Division 1 teams will play their last game on August 19th:

July 30 Cancelations- Due to field conditions:

U7 mini program

League games being played in Winsloe or Sherwood Parkman complexes.

All other leagues are being played as scheduled.

Attention Stratford Soccer Club Members- a message from the town regarding Fullerton's field.

Stratford Sports Community Notice:

We are aware of continued dangerous and unpermitted use of our walking trail at Fullerton's Creek Conservation Park by vehicles attempting to get closer to the fields. There is absolutely NO vehicle use permitted at any time on the trail - ALL vehicles (including coaches, fans and officials) MUST use the provided parking lot at the entrance to the park on your right. There are NO exceptions to this.

President – 2 Year Term

We’re highlighting one of the most vital leadership roles within Stratford Soccer Club — the President. This position provides overall supervision and direction for the club’s operations and ensures our programs run smoothly and effectively.

The President shall have the following duties:

• Representing the Club in all dealings with other groups or organizations impacting on the club’s programs, adhering to the policies established by these By-Laws and to any guidance which may be supplied by the Board.
• Serving as the chairperson for Club meetings.
• Exercising the authority to call a meeting of the Executive and/or Board at any time, providing each member is given adequate notice.
• Casting a deciding vote when necessary.
• Maintaining, monitoring, and updating website announcements • Placing new items and announcements in local media.
• Serving as a liaison with the Town regarding use of facilities.
• Utilizing website capabilities to contact membership with general information.
• Performing other duties as required.

The President has the authority to delegate the above duties.

Mini Program Director – U9 Age Group (One-Year Term)

Today we’re featuring another key role within Stratford Soccer Club - the Mini Program Director for our U9 Program. This position helps guide players as they transition from early development into more structured soccer.

The Mini Program Director (U9 Program) shall have the following duties:

• Ensuring the U9 program is organized and coordinated.
• Representing the U9 Program at the Board of Director meetings
• Facilitating the kickoff of the U9 program.
• Dealing with U9 program membership inquiries, issues, and concerns as they arise.
• Working closely with the Technical Director.
• Attending to all correspondence related to the U9 program, excluding registration.
• Responsible for being soccer fest or tournament chair or co-chair, when required for U9 age division.

• Working closely with the Technical Director
• Attending to all correspondence related to the mini program, excluding registration
• Responsible for being soccerfest or tournament chair or co-chair, when required for U5, U6, U7 age divisions.
