Good morning Pickleballers!

June is Men’s Mental Health Month.

Men are less likely to seek medical help over women.

Three times as many men die by su***de than women.

Men are wrongly taught at a young age that expressing emotions is “weak”.

During this month, and every month, let’s check on the men in our lives!

Pickleball is actually a great way to help your mental health - regardless of gender!

Reminder this weekend is paddle demo day!!! We have two local paddle reps and SPA clothing available to try on and order. Bob will also have Kitchen blockers available. Madmash will be on site in case your tummy is talking!! It’ll be a great morning. Pop in and check out what’s available or stay and play open play!!

We could use a few more teams in the afternoon to round out the day!

Exciting news! Your SPA group has elevated their status to "we need a line of clothing"!

Mark your calendars for April 25. We have a full morning of good stuff happening in the common area at PFTA.

1. Two paddle reps will be on site to let you try out their products. Get a feel for one before you take the plunge and buy it.

2. Smash It Sports will have a variety of clothing options for you to look at, feel and try on for size - hoodies, quarter zips, tshirts, and tank tops - branded with our logo so you can rep your home courts in style wherever you find yourself playing!

3. Madmash will be in attendance with some delish breakfast options!

Don't worry... there will also be coffee!

AND open play as per usual!

What an awesome way to spend a Saturday morning so please join us!

Once again, thank you for participation in our SPA led events and we will see you on the courts!

Attention all players!

If you only play in a couple of tournaments each year, make this event one of them!

This is our group’s chance to do our own fundraising. We get all of the proceeds. Remember when our courts did not have the dividing nets and play would constantly be interrupted retrieving wayward balls from other courts? Yep. We paid for those with the money we raised from tournaments just like this one! What else have we got in store? How bout you join our group and find out?

At the very least go to our website and click on the calendar. Our tournaments offer the most skill and age divisions AND number of games for the price of registration over most tournaments in our area!

Maybe you’ll find other events to participate in? Or maybe you’ll sign up for a membership (also a minimal fee) to stay informed, get discounted tournament rates and just be part of an awesome group of pickleballers!
