G&S Marina’s Banklife Fishing Holidays recently had the pleasure of hosting an amazing group of anglers, including Wayne Smith (the man behind the Canadian Carp Society), Simon Stewart of Carp Kit International and Carpin’ with the Martins, Sean and Alisha Martin.

Despite Mother Nature turning up the heat and giving us some incredibly tough conditions, the fishing certainly delivered. We landed some fantastic numbers of carp, celebrated several new Saskatchewan personal bests, and topped it all off with an impressive fish of 31.4 lb.

It’s another reminder of just what Last Mountain Lake has to offer. Whether you’re chasing your first Canadian carp or your next personal best, this fishery continues to impress.
