The Southeast Event Centre Farmer's Market is excited to be back tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th from 4-7 pm with these amazing local vendors. The harvest is in full swing and you can tell! We have seen our market grow in vendors and in the community stopping by! The parking lot is getting packed and we are SO happy about that!

From veggies, to jewellery, to honey, to fresh baked goods, to the yummiest drinks and more, THANK YOU for helping us bring people together!

The Southeast Event Centre team has been busy getting out and about this summer! Here’s just some of the places we’ve been and the fun we’ve had.

We love this community and all that’s in store for what is yet to come!

Think you know what makes the ultimate hot dog? 🌭🌭🌭 Join us on Saturday, September 12th from 4:00-6:30 PM for a delicious community showdown before the Pistons face off against the at 7:00 PM!

Local businesses will dream up their own wild and tasty hot dog creations, and for just $10, you get to sample them and cast your vote for the best one.

The winning creation will earn the title of "The Pistons Dog" and be featured throughout the 2026-2027 season!

Come hungry, bring your friends, and help crown the champion! 🏆

Summer is flying by and the Pistons’ season will be here before we know it and we need to build our team of volunteers for the 2026-2027 hockey season! So NOW is the time for you and all of your friends to sign up!

We have three roles we are looking for a bit more help with: USHERS, TICKET SCANNERS, CROWD CONTROL.

No minimum number of games required.
Shifts start at 2 hours prior to game time.
Fun, community and being part of bringing people together - guaranteed!

OK folks - it’s Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen today! Even with a bit of a blizzard blow out, I had so much fun representing the Southeast Event Centre making some blizzards and chatting in the drive thru with so many GREAT people!
