Happy Birthday Hannah 💙
Although she is our newest team member, she’s not a new face - Hannah has been a long standing practitioner in our community, and a she’s one of the most kind and friendly people. You’ve probably had chats with her in the change room or on the couch a few times as she’s sure to include everyone in the conversation!
Hannah is a sweet and joyful soul. She adds so much warmth to our teaching team, and it’s felt in both her classes and her personal practice. Whether in the studio, hanging outside on the beach or in the woods, or in her day job nursing, you’ll always see a smile on her face. We are so grateful to have her join our staff this year 🥰
Send Hannah lots of birthday love 🎉

Tiffany’s advice for new members? “Be curious about trying something new!”
Whether it’s stepping into a new class, exploring a new pose, or bringing that curiosity into everyday life, we couldn’t agree more.
Stay curious. Try something new. You never know where it might take you.

〰 Unplug. Be present. Our hot room is one of the few places where you can truly unplug—and we’re committed to keeping it that way. This space is created for stillness, sweat, and connection—to your body, your breath, and the present moment.
As we wind down from the busy summer season, this is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself—whether you're finding your way back to your practice or staying consistent with it.
