IMPORTANT information regarding your physicals.

Please check your email and JUNK/SPAM mail. By now you would have received two emails - first email is for the link/form for your V02 test.

This has to be filled out ASAP or you stand a chance of losing your appointment.

Second email is your job related testing forms. Read the email, print the documents provided in this email. Ensure all pages are filled out. These documents are required for you to participate in the job related tasks. Failure to do so may cause your appointment to be cancelled and given to someone on the waiting list.

Currently all job related testing slots have been filled for the upcoming SJRFD recruitment. We're currently establishing a waiting list with the potential of one more day being added based on demand". If you wish to be added to the waiting list contact [email protected].
