Nurtured Beginnings: A Prenatal Yoga and Birth Prep series begins September 15, Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm, with Erica Robbins, a trained doula. 🌿
This series offers a supportive space to connect with other pregnant people while preparing your body, mind, and nervous system for birth and early parenthood. Slow Down to Move Better: a six-week yin yoga series begins September 14, Mondays at 5:30, with yoga instructor Yellow Martin.
In a world that encourages us to keep moving, yin yoga offers the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Each week, we'll explore a different focus and theme, gently targeting the body's connective tissues, joints, and fascia to encourage healthy movement and lasting relaxation.
Along the way, you'll learn breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to support your well-being, both on and off the mat.
This series is entirely floor-based: long-held, supported postures to release tension and support the nervous system. No standing postures, no weight-bearing balances; just permission to slow down. No experience or flexibility required, whether you're new to yoga or deepening an existing practice.

Not everything has to be a big transformation. Sometimes it's just showing up, stepping slightly outside what feels easy, or letting a treatment be the soft part of your week instead of one more thing on the list.
Save this for the next time you need the reminder 🤍
