The weather is better out here for sure this summer, and my new Balanced Body Pilates equipment looks and feels great inside this beautiful structure, which transforms into a fabulous Christmas shop in the winter! Hello West Coast NL, I’m very excited to announce that Pilates NL (aka Seascape Pilates NL) is moving out to beautiful Pynn’s Brook for the month of August.

My pop-up Pilates studio will be located at the fabulous Broadbent Family Christmas Tree Farm overlooking the scenic Humber Valley, and will have brand new equipment from Balanced Body including a Reformer and Wunda Chair, plus other pieces of small equipment.

If you are local to Deer Lake, Pasadena, Corner Brook or anywhere in between come and visit me to learn more about the Pilates Method, your posture, and how the traditional Pilates apparatus can benefit your mobility and wellbeing.
