Kids Wrestling (Ages 10–14) 🤼♂️
We’re excited to introduce our Kids Wrestling Class, starting March 13th running Friday nights at 6:00 PM!
This class is perfect for athletes ages 10–14, whether they’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or already have competitive goals. Under the guidance of Coach Owen Warren, students will learn the fundamentals of wrestling in a positive, structured environment that emphasizes technique, discipline, and respect.
Available as a membership add on for existing Evo members!
At Evolution we believe martial arts are about more than just training — they’re about community, personal growth, and supporting each other. This class will help kids build confidence, improve athleticism, and develop the mindset needed to succeed both on and off the mat.

Classes will start March.7th and run every Saturday 10-11am until April.28th.
