What a great week we have had.

We could not have been more proud to represent this incredible province at the 2026 Canadian Police Curling Championship.

We are also proud to have finished as the silver medalists for the event. Team NL has never made the playoffs at this event, so we could not be happier. We left it all out there on the ice. We made some great shots, as did Team Ontario.

Congratulations to Team Ontario! It was a fun game, a week of great camaraderie with all the teams, and we hope we’ll see you again next year.

Thank you to the event organizers, the staff at the YNCU Curling Center/Soo Curler’s Association, the event volunteers, and all the teams (especially all our fellow Newfoundland & Labradorians who competed this week, pictured below), spectators, and folks who have cheered us on this week.

We’d also like to congratulate Barry Coady and Mitch Ryall for being award the All-Star Team Skip & Third awards, respectively! Blair and Jeremy also played phenomenal in the games this week!

Team NL has finished second place in the round robin and clinched a spot in the 1 vs. 2 playoff game tomorrow!!

Our live feed went down for that game, which might have been for the best.

Record is now 7-3.

That wasn’t our best showing, but we’re hoping to battle back this afternoon against Team New Brunswick.

Another win on the day improves our record to 7-2.

Parade of Colours tonight, then final day of round robin play tomorrow with us taking on Team CPCA and Team Nee Brunswick.

Another win this morning against Team Alberta improves our record to 6-2.
