A complete team performance saw NL Eagles defeat NL Wolves by 52 runs, continuing our strong run with another outstanding victory! 💪🏏

Eagles won the toss and elected to bat first, the Eagles posted a competitive 231/6 in 40 overs. The innings was built on valuable contributions from Amritpal Singh (44), Navjot (39), and Mashroor Ahmed Setu (30) before our captain took charge in the closing overs.

Leading from the front, Wajid Ali played a brilliant unbeaten 59 off just 43 balls*, providing the late acceleration that lifted the Eagles to a challenging total. He then produced a masterclass with the ball, claiming 3 wickets for just 20 runs in 8 overs, including 3 maiden overs, putting the brakes on the Wolves' chase and earning a well-deserved Player of the Match award. 👏🏆

⭐ A special mention to Omar, whose spell proved to be one of the turning points of the match. His outstanding figures of 3/30 removed key batters at crucial moments, ensuring there was no way back for the opposition. A truly impactful performance under pressure! 💥
