What a great seminar with Jared Revel!

Jared taught some fantastic techniques, stuck around to roll with everyone, answered questions, and gave everyone the opportunity to learn from him.

The seminar was supposed to run from 6:00–7:30 PM, but I literally had to drag him out of the gym at 8:30!

That says a lot about the kind of person and instructor Jared is. No rushing out the door—just sharing his knowledge, rolling with the crew, and making sure everyone got something out of the night.

A Milestone 13 Years in the Making

After 13 years together on the mats, I’m honoured to give Indroop his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt.

Indroop has been one of the most loyal students I’ve ever had, and watching his journey from the beginning to this moment has been incredibly meaningful. A black belt is earned through years of dedication, consistency, sacrifice, and showing up—and he has embodied all of it.
