My team and I loved supporting the Squamish Nation Elders with wellness days, offering Mobile Chair Massage to help bring a little relaxation, comfort, and connection to the community.

It’s always an honour to be invited to be part of something that supports those who have given so much.

In addition to Mobile Chair Massage for workplaces, community events, and wellness days, I also offer table bodywork, intuitive guidance, somatic breathwork, and grief & loss support for individuals.

Life has a way of bringing us full circle.

Today, I was providing on-site consultations & chair massage for the Elders & locals at The , and I found myself reflecting on how deeply meaningful this path has been for me.

What this represents goes far beyond supplements or products.

To me, it represents vitality, longevity, pain relief, emotional healing, and hope.

Years ago, I was introduced to the XanGo company and I truly believe it played a role in helping me stay active, healthy, climbing mountains, and supporting my body through the years. But it was never just about the products.

It became a FAMILY.

Those of us who believed in the wellness benefits, shared the products, and built alongside one another became a genuine community. There was connection, purpose, support, laughter, growth, and heart behind it all.

And honestly… after all these years, it feels like I have found my tribe again.

Now at 57, my path has circled back to a new chapter with Oliabo, a company rooted in plant-derived wellness, integrity, and helping people feel better physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What excites me most is supporting people through grief, stagnancy, chronic stress, inflammation, exhaustion, emotional heaviness, and the wear and tear life leaves on the body and soul.

Beautiful soul, we are not broken.

I love supporting people in these spaces, and I also hold a deeper intention: helping people make a quantum shift into their next chapter of life, into their now self.

It does not have to be painful or take years of struggle.

Easing Aches, Restoring Energy

I feel so blessed to be consuming, experiencing, and sharing this functional, miraculous network of wellness and harmony.
