WE’RE HIRING MTB COACHES 🤘
Squamish MTB Academy is growing, and we’re looking for coaches to join our team for Fall 2026 and beyond.
We’re looking for coaches who:
* Have previous MTB coaching experience
* Hold PMBIA, GSMBC or equivalent certification/experience
* Are confident riding and coaching Squamish terrain
* Love working with young riders
* Bring a positive, supportive attitude
We have opportunities across our Club and Development Academy, including roles for advanced coaches confident on Squamish’s technical and double-black terrain.
📍 Squamish / Sea to Sky based preferred

Every ride, every high-five, every new feature conquered, and every smile reminds us why we love what we do.

🏁 Race Support is here!
SMBA is now offering race support at select BC Cup races and Crankworx events, so you can feel confident, supported, and welcomed into the racing world.
Whether it’s your very first race or you’re chasing your next podium, our coaches will be there to help you with line choice, race strategy, warm-ups, bike checks, and everything in between.
We’re excited to keep growing this program and support even more riders as they build confidence, gain experience, and enjoy everything mountain bike racing has to offer.
