As you may be noticing, I am sharing different breath practices with you. Different perspectives with you and I guess I am because I'm in a new journey, a new healing journey in my life. And in my yoga practice, so I hope you will join me and start working on some of these practices. And see how they make you feel. And you can always comment, and you can always message me...

Hi,
There're many many different to reset or relax your nervous system..Breathwork is a Huge one.
When you are really struggling with Anxiety and Fight Fight Fawn..Its does take more than just a breath practice ..
Practicing Breathwork All day!! Yes every 2 hours doing 10 to 20 breaths everyday!
Depending on what your are dealing with it could take a week or 2 weeks to really begin to notice that you are slowing down. Managing Anxiety a little better or having a little less..
This of course is just part of resetting but a Strong one to compliment your other therapies
Much love

Yin into Stillness ( Yin Glow)
Sunday at 7 PM
Join me for a gentle evening of deep release and true rest.
We begin with slow, supported Yin Yoga — long, nourishing holds that help release tension in the hips, back, and shoulders while calming the nervous system.
From there, we’ll ease into Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation that takes you into a profound state of relaxation between wakefulness and sleep, allowing the body and mind to heal and restore on a deep level.
This class is perfect if you’re craving softness, recovery, or simply a quiet landing place after a full week.
All levels welcome. Props are provided (or bring your own bolster, blankets, and pillows).
