I like O1 steel for its sharpness and ability to hold an edge very well. I like the scandi grind for how sharp it is and how easy it is to sharpen in the field. I can do custom orders as well.

Purpose built skinning knife. Lots of belly and decent drop to the blade keep it from gouging and in between the meat and skin
