Something very special is happening next weekend! Our Grand Opening/10 Year Anniversary is taking place and you’re invited!

Friday August 21st we will be having a class led by Sensei Hanratty from 6:00-7:30pm

Saturday August 22nd from 10:00-11:00am is our Grand Opening/Anniversary celebration which is open for ALL to attend. We will then be having an invitational only training session from 1:00-3:00(due to size restrictions this is restricted to personal invite only)

🌟 FITNESS INSTRUCTORS WANTED – DAYTIME PROGRAMMING 🌟

Parkland Shotokan Karate Association (PSKA) is expanding its programming and is looking to partner with qualified fitness instructors to offer weekday daytime classes in our bespoke studio space in Spruce Grove.

We are interested in instructors offering programs such as:

🧘 Yoga
🤸 Pilates
💃 Zumba / Dance Fitness
🏋️ Functional Fitness & Conditioning
🧘‍♀️ Stretching & Mobility
…and other complementary wellness and fitness programs.

Our goal is to make our studio available during weekday daytime hours for high-quality, accessible fitness and wellness programming for adults and the local community.
