All the Pieces Matter Great coaching has always been part of the foundation of improving as an athlete.

Unfortunately, players often move around an lose great coaches along the way. This is why we are starting a new program for the athletes with the desire to grow in Basketball but also in life. The Basketball Laboratory uses athlete training experience mixed with analytics to push the athlete to be able to improve at every facet of their training.

We are simply over the moon excited for you girls! You may not realize it but you were trailblazers for girls basketball in the province. remembers you. You went out east and showed them how a bunch of kids from Spruce Grove, and a couple from Beaumont, can hoop with the top programs out there.
Your team resulted from thousands of hours in the gym, learning the game of basketball, learning about accountability to each other, and being kind and caring.
Your constant progression allowed you to compete with the top programs in the country, people noticed, and continue to see what we've always seen in you. We are proud of all of you.
Spruce Grove Comp and WCPA are lucky to have such strong foundational players.

This spring's session will be headed up by coaches Avalynn and Tyler. Both coaches have spent the last year playing at the highest levels of prep basketball across North America! and are beyond excited to pass their knowledge onto the next generation of Lava Mermaids!
