As the 2026 ball season has now wrapped up we want to send a huge THANK YOU to our players for the heart and hustle, parents for your support, volunteers and coaches for your time and dedication, umpires for keeping things fair, and fans for bringing the energy every game. You all made this another incredible season — proud of every kid who stepped on the field!

If you recall, 2 years ago, Southey and Cupar minor ball boards signed a working agreement to operate ball together to ensure enough players for both softball and baseball. That agreement has expired BUT we know we are better together so we have decided to enhance our partnership even further!

The Southey and Cupar Minor Ball Boards have merged into one board with members from both communities!

What does this mean? Well, it means stability for both communities for both softball and baseball for the future. It means shared diamonds for softball and baseball to be played in both communities. It means one central online place to go to register your child for baseball and softball - you no longer have to wonder if you register in Southey or Cupar or where.

A couple other operational things you should know - both communities will retain their legacy bank accounts. A new bank account will be created with seed money from both clubs. Scheduling will take place for diamonds in both communities with rentals in Earl Grey, if and when needed. Each community will retain their own learn to play programs (should they have enough players).

Registration will be opening within the next week(ish) so watch this page and your email for all the details! We are planning for teams in every age group for baseball and U9 through U15 for softball with learn to play in each community.

We are so excited to continue our partnership with our friends down the road! We look forward to the season and many games of softball and baseball to watch in both communities.

The remainder of the backstop is arriving this week and we sure could use some help to finish installing it so that our diamonds, backstops and fencing are in tip top shape come spring. Anyone that is able to help, please come to the ballpark at 930 this Saturday, Nov 1st! Thank you!!
