The Shift Forward program replaces the Respect in Sport program.
All U7 and U9 parents and any new parents to hockey must have one parent from the household complete the program.

The Hockey Canada Foundation Assist Fund will launch for its 7th season on August 1st, 2026. Applicants can apply through the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) through the Assist Fund Application page.

As a reminder, to apply for an assist, the applicant must be registered with a Hockey Canada sanctioned Minor Hockey Association and it must be attached to their HCR account.

To our fantastic volunteers here is your friendly reminder to complete your annual Vulnerable Sector Check declaration.

Please contact our Risk and Safety Director Allison Staples at [email protected] if you require a volunteer letter as soon as possible if your VSC has expired, or will expire on or before May 31, 2027.

If you think you may want to volunteer as coach or bench staff this season please reach out for your letter and start the vulnerable sector check process.
