Don’t miss the last 12 weeks of yoga before we break for the summer. Starting March 13 East Shore Yoga will be offering a 12 week unlimited yoga membership ending June 9th.

$200 or $65/month for 3 months will give you access for up to 6 classes per week!

Introducing East Shote Yoga’s newest daytime class; Sunrise Flow! Begin your day with a beginner friendly, gentle flow class lead by Karen Hartum.

Sunrise Flow will be a 4 week 8 class session starting February 14 on Tuesday and Thursday from 9-10am.

Minimum 5 people to run the session.
