Chakra Restorative invites you into two hours of deep rest and energetic alignment. As you settle into supported Restorative Yoga poses, sound becomes the guide — drums, rattles, rainstick, Tibetan and crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and the expansive vibration of the gong.
