SoulSpark Foundations is officially OPEN. đ
And before I tell you anything else, I want you to understand what makes this different:
You will not disappear into a program.
You wonât be handed a generic workout, a meal plan and a login and then be expected to figure out the rest yourself.
Inside SoulSpark Foundations, you get:
â A personalized plan built around YOU
â Weekly 1:1 check-ins
â Group coaching and community
â Individual adjustments when something isnât working
â Support with fitness, nutrition, sleep and stress
â Real accountability when life gets messy
Because hereâs what Iâve learned after 25+ years of coaching women:
The plan matters. But having someone in your corner who knows YOU matters even more.
You are known here.
You matter here.
And your plan changes when your life changes.
Weâre spending 90 days helping you stop guessing and start building a way of taking care of yourself that actually works for the body and life you have now.
We begin September 16.
Enrollment is open through September 15.

Firstline Fitness Training
Firstline is a fitness facility catering to athletes of all ages and skill level.
Accountability should never feel like punishment.
A client has a rough week and misses her workouts?
I donât need her to feel guilty.
I need to understand why.
Sheâs exhausted in the morning and keeps missing her 6 AM workout?
We donât decide sheâs unmotivated.
We change the workout time.
Nutrition isnât going according to plan?
We donât throw the week away.
We figure out whatâs making it difficult and adjust.
Because personalized coaching isnât about forcing your life to fit a plan.
Itâs about building a plan that can actually fit your life.
Thatâs what accountability looks like inside SoulSpark.
Not:
â âYou didnât do it again.â
But:
đ âWhat got in the way?â
đ âWhat can we change?â
đ âWhat feels doable this week?â
đ âOkay. Letâs keep going.â
You donât need someone standing over your shoulder.
You need someone in your corner.
My next 90-day SoulSpark coaching cohort begins September 16.
If this is the kind of support youâve been missing, comment SUPPORT or DM me and Iâll send you the details.
25+ years of coaching women has taught me something important:
A workout plan isnât coaching.
Neither is handing someone a meal plan and checking back three months later.
The real difference happens in everything that comes AFTER the plan.
Iâve lived through menopause myself, so this isnât simply something Iâve studied. I understand what itâs like to navigate a body that suddenly seems to have changed the rules.
But what really defines my coaching is how I show up.
I customize the plan around the woman in front of me.
I provide real accountability.
I pay attention when something isnât working.
And I donât disappear when life gets messy.
Actually, thatâs when I think coaching matters most.
When youâve had a terrible week.
When you missed two workouts.
When youâre exhausted.
When the scale isnât moving.
When youâre frustrated and tempted to throw the whole thing away and âstart again Monday.â
Thatâs not the moment you need someone judging you.
Thatâs the moment you need a coach who can say:
Okay. Whatâs going on? What do we need to change? And whatâs the next thing we CAN do?
Thatâs the difference.
And thatâs exactly what Iâve built into my coaching at SoulSpark.
Iâm opening my September coaching cohort soon.
If youâre tired of trying to figure all of this out by yourself, comment READY and letâs start a conversation.
Youâre eating less.
Youâre exercising.
Youâre trying to do all the things that used to work.
And yet your body seems to be sayingâŚ
Nope. Not anymore.
This is where so many women in midlife start blaming themselves.
âI need more discipline.â
âI need to eat less.â
âI need to work out harder.â
But menopause changes the hormonal environment your body is operating in.
Estrogen declines. Maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important. Sleep and recovery may be disrupted. Stress can feel different. Body composition can shift.
And yet women are still being handed the same old advice:
Eat less. Move more. Try harder.
I donât think you need to try harder.
I think you need a strategy that recognizes the body you have NOW.
That means looking at the whole picture:
đŞ Strength and muscle
𼊠Enough protein and nutrition
đ´ Sleep and recovery
đ§ Stress management
đśââď¸ Daily movement
đ And a plan you can actually sustain
Your midlife body isnât asking you to give up.
Itâs asking you to change the strategy.
Want me to help you understand where to start?
Comment MENOPAUSE and Iâll send you the breakdown.
Your body changed. Your hormones shifted. Your stress went up. Your metabolism changed. The programs didnât change with you.
Thatâs why after 25+ years coaching women, I finally built the system I wish Iâd had at 45.
No restriction. No shame. Just real accountability.
More to come. đ
Comment READY if youâve felt this.
Most women donât quit because they donât care.
They quit because the program was never built to survive real life.
Week one?
Motivation is high.
Week two?
Youâre still trying to do everything âright.â
By week three?
Work gets busy.
Sleep gets worse.
Someone needs you.
You miss a workout.
You eat something you didnât plan for.
And suddenly it feels like youâve failed again.
Thatâs the cycle I want women to stop repeating.
The biggest reasons I see women fall off are:
1. No accountability
2. A one-size-fits-all plan
3. Too much restriction
4. No room for real life
5. Nobody ever explained the WHY
Because when you understand what youâre doing, why it matters, and how to adjust when life gets messyâŚ
you donât have to start over.
You just keep going.
đ Save this if youâve ever made it to week three and thought, âHere we go again.â
And tell me â which one has knocked you off track most often?
We celebrate numbers so much in fitness.
Weight lost.
Inches lost.
Steps taken.
Calories burned.
But thereâs another number I care about:
How many times did you keep the promise you made to yourself?
Because every time you doâŚ
confidence grows.
And eventually you stop saying:
âI can never stick with anything.â
And start saying:
âThis is just what I do now.â
THAT is the transformation. đ
No time for an hour-long walk?
Good. Donât take one.
Take 10 minutes.
Before work.
At lunch.
After dinner.
Suddenly youâve moved for 30 minutes â without trying to find an extra hour in a day thatâs already full.
This is one of the biggest things I want women to learn during our SoulSpark Step Challenge:
Something counts.
You donât need the perfect schedule.
You donât need 10,000 steps on Day 1.
You donât need to completely overhaul your life.
You need to START.
And sometimes 10 minutes is exactly where we start.
đ The SoulSpark Step Challenge begins THIS SUNDAY.
Weâre walking, building consistency and creating some momentum together.
Want in?
Comment STEP below and Iâll send you the details. đ
Donât feel like walking today?
Give me 10 minutes. đ
Thatâs it.
Put your runners on.
Walk out the door.
And give yourself permission to stop after 10 minutes if you still want to.
Because hereâs what Iâve learned after years of coaching women:
Motivation doesnât always come first.
Sometimes you have to move BEFORE you feel like moving.
Action creates momentum.
Momentum creates motivation.
And walking can be such a powerful place to start in midlife.
Not because you need to burn more calories.
Because youâre moving your body, getting outside, supporting your cardiovascular and metabolic health, managing stress â and most importantly, building the habit of showing up for yourself.
Thatâs what my SoulSpark Step Challenge is really about.
Not perfect step counts.
Momentum. Consistency. Community.
đ Start where you are. Build from there.
