Your body is the physical evidence of your deepest beliefs about yourself. You cannot force a premier body onto a baseline identity that supports sh****ng on itself 😬Sorry.
Even if you reach your goal, if your baseline identity believes it won’t last or that it’s not good enough... guess what? You’ll return right back to the version of yourself that makes you unhappy.
The goal isn’t just to work harder or do more. It’s to become the woman who naturally makes choices aligned with her next-level physical potential… and who believes she is that version BEFORE she sees the results.
Let’s look at the blind spots holding your physical progress back. DM me the word **IDENTITY** and let’s map out a strategy that actually aligns your health with the elite life you’ve built 😘
Becoming HAF
I help career-driven women become fit, strong & athletic through identity-first coaching → so fitness becomes who they are, not just something they do.
Welcome to Becoming HAF! I’m dedicated to transforming lives post-breakup or divorce by empowering women to feel sexy, confident, and in control. With over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve walked the path myself, using fitness to alchemize my pain into strength and empowerment. I specialize in creating personalized programs that deliver real results. My unique approach combines
Not gonna lie.. I’m pretty embarrassed about getting sick immediately after posting that I “never get sick,” 🤦🏻♀️😂but honestly… I think there’s something valuable about being willing to look a little foolish and say, welp. I was wrong.
Because s**t happens.
Sometimes you get sick.
Sometimes your kid gets sick.
Sometimes work blows up.
Sometimes your plans get completely derailed.
The goal isn’t to build a life where nothing ever interrupts you.
It’s to become someone who doesn’t turn an interruption into a collapse.
Two days off doesn’t mean you’re back at square one.
One missed workout doesn’t mean the week is ruined.
One weekend of eating differently doesn’t require a Monday punishment plan 🙅🏻♀️
And one missed post certainly doesn’t mean I’ve failed at being consistent.
You don’t need to make the interruption mean more than it does. Keep it neutral!
Fix the flat tire.
Don’t slash the other three.
And yes, Riot deserved his birthday celebration. ❤️🩹 I’ll make it up to him.
Also.. I still never get sick 😜
Did any of these feel like a personal attack?
You don’t change your identity by fighting the old version of you all day.
You change it by stopping the selection.
Stop introducing yourself through the OLD story (I am…)
Stop using your PAST as a prediction.
Stop waiting to FEEL like the woman you decided to be.
Stop treating every thought like it’s TRUE.
Stop needing IMMEDIATE evidence that it’s working.
Your old identity doesn’t disappear because you decided something new.
It loses its power because you stop reinforcing it.
That’s the work.
Those are choices.

didn’t join this challenge for weight loss.. but yes, she did drop 4.2 lbs along the way.
The real transformation was in her discipline, her routine, and the perseverance of following through.
8 weeks of showing up.
8 weeks of choosing growth over comfort.
8 weeks of proving to herself that she’s capable of anything she puts her mind too.
And here’s something the photos don’t show:
Carly is NOT a morning person 😬
But as an RMT, her body is done after massaging clients all day.. she knew she wouldn’t have the energy to give it her best at night.
So she woke up early, over and over again, to get the workouts done.
Did she complain sometimes?
Yep.. she sure did lol in the funniest, most dramatic way possible.
But she showed up. Hard. Every week.
Here’s what she said about the program:
“This workout program was one of the hardest things I’ve completed. It was physically and mentally demanding… but one of the most rewarding things to finish. It fast-tracked my body to be even more powerful than I expected… If you’re scared to start this program, get over it and just fcking do it.”
She took 2 weeks off…
and decided to go for Round 2 (OG Program)
Because once you realize what you’re capable of, you stop settling.
This isn’t just a program.
It’s a transformation through discipline. It’s transformation through purposely doing hard things.
It’s Becoming a Weapon.
If you’re ready to level up in a way you haven’t felt in a long time:

“I don’t think I’ve ever felt worse about how my body looks and feels, and I want to reverse that instead of continuing the way I’m going now.”
This is where Jess started and she had enough.
She was exhausted from living in fight-or-flight for over two years.
Her clothes weren’t fitting.
Her confidence was slipping.
And she felt disconnected from her own body.
She didn’t need a crash diet.
She didn’t need punishment.
She didn’t need to “push harder.”
She needed structure.
Support.
Habits that made her feel safe in her body again.
So we focused on the basics done well:
protein, consistent workouts, better sleep, stress regulation, and showing up for herself even when it felt uncomfortable.
And now?
12 lbs down.
Visible recomposition.
Strength climbing.
Clothes fitting again.
Confidence returning.
A woman stepping out of survival mode and back into her life.
This is what sustainable, grounded change looks like.
And I couldn’t be more proud of her 😭👏🏼❤️🔥
If her story hits home for you…
my coaching link is in the bio.
I GOT YOU!

Scale jumped. Weight stalled. Nothing changed with my intake or in output, so why panic? Creatine. Water fluctuations are normal.
This week I’m starting a new training block and kicking off my peptide journey with Lipo-C 😎
Recomposition isn’t about chasing a lower number. It’s about building strength, tracking the data, and staying consistent when things fluctuate. Progress compounds over consistent action, not reactive moves.. so again - nothing will change going into next week except for new workouts and the pep.
